Houston Methodist Hospital

The new Houston Methodist Hospital, Brockman Centennial Tower project is officially underway. This new facility, located in the Texas Medical Center, will help Houston Methodist meet the needs of a growing patient population both in Houston and throughout the state of Texas. The 26-story medical tower will include spaces dedicated to diagnostics and treatment, patient rooms, and an underground parking garage. Levels 9 to 21 of the Brockman Centennial Tower will connect to the nearby Walter Tower via a series of vertically stacked connector bridges. The 1,330,000 SF hospital tower is slated for completion in 2027.
