The Owner would like to thank Vaughn Construction for their outstanding efforts on the Lake Walk Park, Retail, and Tower and Pavilion. The quality construction has resulted in a first-class amenity and retail area in the first phase of Lake Walk. Many positive comments have been received on this first phase, from the impressive Lookout Tower to the finely manicured landscape of the Park and pavilion area.
It is important to highlight Vaughn’s warranty response in the months since the park, tower and pavilion, and retail building opened. Vaughn is very responsive to every issue and works closely with the Owner’s representatives to provide positive resolutions while minimizing and eliminating disruptions to the ongoing activities in the park and retail building.
