Vaughn is proud to be a founding member of the Construction Career Collaborative (C3), a non‑profit alliance that brings owners, contractors, and trade firms together to strengthen the construction workforce. Through C3, we push for fair wages, advanced safety training, and meaningful craft education, ensuring each project supports a talented, empowered community of builders.
We believe in building not just projects, but sustainable, skilled craft careers.
The Construction Career Collaborative (C3) is a nonprofit alliance of owners, general contractors, specialty contractors, and associations working to strengthen the craft workforce. By promoting fair wages, safety training, and continuous skills development, C3 ensures a pipeline of qualified, motivated craft professionals ready for tomorrow’s challenges.
A workforce built on skill, safety, and sustainability.
The proof is in the thousands of trained workers, millions of hours safely worked, and the countless lives changed by C3.
These numbers reflect real commitment and real change in how the industry builds its future.

A jobsite where workers feel valued, supported, and proud to build.
I recently did a jobsite visit to your tower project. We are one of the two drywall contractors working with Vaughn Construction. We were also the drywall contractor for the first tower working with Hunt.
It's been my pleasure and honor to walk hundreds of jobs in my fifty-five years with MAREK and even build a few back in the days when I used my tools.
But I have never visited a job site like [the Vaughn project]. Your folks and Vaughn's have done an incredible job of planning. It is clean, safe, and enhances productivity.
Our job site supervisor, Paul Trujillo, who has worked at MAREK for 27 years, said, "I have never experienced a job site like this. The workplace is clean, safe, and a productive environment for all of us. Our men and women feel appreciated and are proud to be part of a team that really shows they care about us workers."
