Vaughn delivered a comprehensive expansion and renovation of Goodnight Middle School, transforming the campus into a more dynamic environment for student learning, fine arts programs, and community engagement. The reimagined facility supports a range of academic and extracurricular activities, creating spaces that strengthen creative expression and collaboration.

The renovated fine arts wing features new black box classrooms for theatre instruction, a modern band hall with dedicated ensemble and orchestra rooms, 10 individual practice rooms, and two support spaces designed to encourage student and staff collaboration. The upgrades provide students with acoustically enhanced environments that elevate performance, instruction, and program growth.

Site improvements extended beyond the building. Exterior landscape enhancements and upgraded drainage infrastructure resolved long-standing water overflow issues in the courtyard, transforming it into a welcoming outdoor space for students to gather, learn, and socialize.

All work occurred during active school hours, and we carefully phased construction to maintain safety and limit disruptions to students and staff. The revitalized campus empowers fine arts education, expands flexible learning opportunities, and strengthens the school’s connection to its community.
