Vaughn renovated spaces on the third floor of a seven‑story building at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Our team built a new office, research, and laboratory spaces. The scope included minor demolition, installing new partitions and finishes, and integrating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing utilities and fixtures. This renovation improves the functionality and visual quality of the space, ensuring it meets the updated requirements for its intended research and administrative uses.
