After completing an 80,000 SF addition to the student center, we renovated all three floors of the existing facility, focusing on the highest-impact areas. The renovation connects the three levels together to better facilitate movement through the new expansion. Level One functions as the social floor, Level Two serves as the main entrance, and Level Three is dedicated to office and meeting space. We strategically phased the project to demolish and reconstruct the occupied spaces with minimal disruption.
