Collin College selected Vaughn as the construction manager-at-risk for the construction of its new campuses in Farmersville, Texas and Celina, Texas. These campuses are funded through Collin College’s 2017 bond program. The 75-acre Celina campus will include a new $41 million, 120,000 SF building containing similar spaces for instructional, workforce, and student services as well. The 76-acre Farmersville campus will include a new $20 million, 60,000 SF education building containing spaces for instructional, workforce, and student services. Construction for both campuses is expected to begin in September 2019 and complete by Fall 2021. The architect is Beck Architecture.
