The three-story, 144,000 SF cancer care facility includes two levels of medical services, including ambulatory surgery, medical and radiation oncology, diagnostic imaging suites, infusion therapy, clinical labs, orthopedics, and rehabilitation suites. The facility includes patient and staff support spaces such as conference rooms, a café, administration spaces, and an outdoor terrace to promote natural healing. The project is slated to reach substantial completion in December 2024, with service to patients in early 2025.
