The 75,000 SF engineering and technology building at the University of Houston at Sugar Land campus results from a recent merger of the University of Houston’s engineering and technology colleges. The new engineering and technology building involves the construction of classrooms, research facilities, innovation and administrative space, and varying types of office space. The merged Cullen College of Engineering will be the third-largest engineering/technology college in the state and one of the largest in the nation and is slated to reach completion in July 2025.
