Vaughn is serving as the construction manager-at-risk for the construction of a new six-level, pre-cast parking garage with the capacity of 2,500 vehicles. Garage 6 is centrally located on campus between the Recreation and Wellness Center, dorms, and several on-campus eateries. Additionally, because it is located at the main entry to the campus, the garage functions as the new gateway into campus. We successfully executed our site logistics plan to minimize disruptions on an active campus.
