The Hilltop Housing Complex at Texas State University, consisting of two seven-story student housing structures, will collectively house 1,006 new beds. The 241,000 SF complex provides distinct living communities and a central courtyard to promote community collaboration. The project is slated to reach substantial completion in June 2024.
