The new 80,000 SF Psychiatric Emergency Center, for which Vaughn serves as construction manager-at-risk, is part of a larger initiative to modernize and expand the mental health resources available in Tarrant County. As the only JPS Psychiatric Emergency Center in the area, the state-of-the-art facility will be open 24 hours a day, providing treatment to adults and teens with severe and emergency psychiatric conditions.
