The new Houston Methodist Hospital, Centennial Tower project is officially underway. This new facility, located in the Texas Medical Center, will help Houston Methodist meet the needs of a growing patient population both in Houston and throughout the state of Texas. The 26-story medical tower will include spaces dedicated to diagnostics and treatment, patient rooms, and an underground parking garage. Levels 9 to 21 of the Centennial Tower will connect to the nearby Walter Tower via a series of vertically stacked connector bridges. The 1,330,000 SF hospital tower is slated for completion in 2027.
