The two-story administration building supports all prospective, new, and existing students with various services, including financial aid, academic advising, a testing center, student services, enrollment services, transfer student services, and a registrar's office. The building also houses the college’s business services, human resources, and local campus administrative suite. A monumental sign and water feature highlight the new campus entrance, creating a welcoming, one-stop gateway.
The project required shifting the sole access street for four neighboring properties 30 feet southward and lowering its elevation by three feet. We implemented a temporary, 300-foot driveway through the active job site to maintain uninterrupted access for the residents during construction. To ensure safety and delineate the temporary roadway, we installed chain-link fencing along both sides, creating a secure passage for the residents throughout the relocation process.
