The first of four industry research sites on the TMC Helix Park life science campus, the Dynamic One building consists of two, 12-story towers which provide state-of-the-art surroundings for commercial enterprises such as pharmaceutical firms, biotech companies, and other investment partners. Each tower houses research labs, office space, and shared common areas for informal collaboration. The building also includes public retail and restaurant space for building tenants and visitors on the first floor. In addition, each tower contains one story of below-grade parking.
