Having delivered construction management services both "At Risk" and as an "Owner's Agent," we are experienced utilizing this method of delivery for both our public and private clients. We perform both preconstruction and construction phase services, with over 95% of our CM services conducted on an "at risk" basis. During the CM process, Vaughn is involved with the Owner, architect and consultants from conceptual design through construction and until the facility is operational and occupied. Vaughn's diversified services offer clients complete control over: cost, schedule, constructability, quality, start-up and warranties.

• Laser Scanning
  If you are planning a building addition or remodel, laser scanning can help facilitate the process and eliminate the unknowns. By utilizing a mounted laser, 3D laser scanning enables us to acquire building spatial data in three dimensions with high fidelity and low processing time. The rapid collection of 3D information serves several purposes across business lines, including: historical documentation of existing conditions, facility condition documentation, construction as-built development and BIM construction development.
