How responsive will Vaughn be at the end of MY project?

We have a 95% client retention rate – which we achieve by making sure you are 100% satisfied – every time, on every project. The reason we have been given opportunities to build multiple projects for our clients is not limited to our performance during construction. Equally important is our approach to client service during the initial preconstruction phase all the way through the occupancy and warranty period. Our client service philosophy centers on the notion of treating your needs and facilities as if they were our own. 

Our service support starts during preconstruction with our in-house quality control and commissioning program. We use this integrated approach to make sure your project is constructed in the best manner possible. Our motto is, “Do it once. Do it right.” We have in-house specialists, including architects, professional engineers and certified commissioning agents, for every division of work, from MEP to building envelope, concrete to carpentry. This team of specialists is dedicated to making sure the project meets our high standards of quality for craftsmanship and functionality. Approximately 10 months after the completion of the project, we conduct a last walk-through with you to address any final warranty items before the warranty period ends. 

At the completion of your project, we can provide you with iPads with a web-based issues tracking software program which centralizes all of the project’s electronic documents, including operations and maintenance manuals, contract documents, as-built documents, and models, for your convenience. The program allows you to record any issues, and it immediately notifies us of the issue. One of our in-house specialists will be on the job site as soon as possible to meet with you and identify a solution, regardless of whether the call occurs after the warranty period.
