Are You a Hands-On Builder?

More than a construction management firm, Vaughn Construction is a hands-on builder with in-house capabilities. We have over 400craft employees who perform demolition, earthwork, concrete work, steel erection, and installation of doors, hardware, specialties and accessories on our projects. Vaughn is committed to offering our craft employees the best training programs to further their career development. These voluntary programs offer our team members the opportunity to learn new skills and be cross-trained in a variety of areas. All training classes are offered in both English and Spanish.


Led by senior members of our operations team, the classes include both classroom instruction and practical application. These classes include:

  • Carpentry 1 and Carpentry 2

  • Layout 1 and Layout 2
  • Motorized Equipment Operation
  • Plan Reading
  • Rigger and Signal Operation

NCCER Training

We offer National Center for Construction and Education Research Training (NCCER) core curriculum classes, a global standardized construction curriculum which consists of nine modules. For more information on this program and its benefits, visit
