Project Overview

We renovated the existing Bright Building to include updated player locker rooms, new showers and restroom facilities, training areas, offices, and meeting rooms as well as the Hagner Auditorium. We added training and hydrotherapy pools featuring an underwater treadmill. Each space is equipped with state-of-the-art television monitors and eye-catching graphics. Approximately 100 HD televisions are located throughout the facility. The newly renovated building caters to player development and wellness and generates quite an impression on new recruits.

Unique Challenge

We installed 120 custom-built lockers for the football team on an expedited schedule. Each locker included multiple exhaust and supply air inlets routed from the ceiling into the void space behind the lockers, which needed to fit correctly from the first attempt. We used BIM to coordinate the routing of the ductwork and other utilities, shared the model with the locker supplier, mechanical subcontractor, and electrical contractor, and completed the project in time for the fall season.
