Dynamic One features a 12-story, multi-tenant tower providing state-of-the-art surroundings for commercial enterprises such as pharmaceutical firms, biotech companies, and other investment partners. The 490,000 SF building’s elaborate exterior façade features a high-end, custom curtail wall system comprised of 1.25 million pounds of glass and 830,000 pounds of aluminum. The tower is designed to house public retail and restaurant spaces and convenient below-grade parking to create an enriching experience for tenants and visitors.
Dynamic One presented a unique logistical challenge for the Vaughn team. We also served as construction manager-at-risk for five additional TMC campus projects. The Dynamic One project team coordinated with our multiple teams to ensure an on-time, on-budget delivery for all five of TMC’s massive projects. We navigated the highly congested project space while ensuring everyone worked safely and efficiently. As a result of prioritizing tasks and maintaining close communication with other project teams, the Dynamic One team balanced multiple demanding tasks.
